do you take custom orders?
sometimes! if you have a cursed idea or want a custom version of something, feel free to message me. i’ll let you know if it’s possible—or if it violates the laws of reality.

why did my order come in two packages?
some items are handmade and shipped directly from the asylum (aka my apartment), while others are produced off-site. it’s normal. your items are just socially anxious.

how long does shipping take?
most items ship out within 2–5 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days after that. things may be slower if the mail system is having a breakdown (like us).

do you accept returns or exchanges?
not usually—but if something arrives broken, damaged, or haunted, message me and i’ll make it right.

do you ship internationally?
not yet. soon, maybe. for now: this asylum is contained within the united states.

can i message you just to say hi?
absolutely. just be weird about it.
